I wish there were more outdoor cafes in Osaka.

Well, some. Any, actually.

Still, I could deal without having a running TV there, spoiling my streetside buzz.
 

Outdoor cafes are the whole point of Berlin in the summer. No one would live here if you couldn't sit outside. As for this place, I just like the fact that it's not a wide-screen TV.
 

It does look pretty retro, in a disarmingly non-kitsch kinda way.
