Leap Second

When you count down to 2006 this weekend on your digital watch, remember the New Year won't start for an extra second, at least according to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

I have never even been able to count to 20 Mississippis in close to 20 seconds. "Seventeen Mississippis" just takes too long, for one. "Bananas" is a little better.

This was on every news channel BUT I read it here first and was able to impress everyone with my knowledge. Ok apart from you... and my flat mate who knows everything it seems.
