Taking a cue from Doughnut Boy, yesterday, I rode to Schlossplatz and watched some beach volleyball. Someone set up a vast sandbox in the shadow of the Palast der Republik and the Berliner Dom in order to hold the (annual) Beach Volleyball World Championships.
