Paddy Power likes Cardinal Ratzinger at 3-1, but the Telegraph reports that Ratzinger's enemies are just setting him up for a fall. If Ratzinger prevails he would be the first German pope in almost a thousand years, and parishioners at the Cathedral of St. Hedwig (scroll down for photos) would celebrate.
