Fair and Balanced 2Here's the Fox News story on Fox News' attempt to stop Al Franken from using the phrase "fair and balanced." The piece is -- as it would have to be -- a model of fairness and balance. Quote from the judge who denied the injunction: "It is ironic that a media company, which should be protecting the First Amendment, is seeking to undermine it."
Indeed.
