TickertapeDebkafile reports that Tariq Aziz fled Baghdad for northern Iraq and got captured. They also claim that Marines have flowed into Iraq from the south and that Iraqi speedboats are buzzing around in the Gulf. Reliable? Not sure. But NPR, The New York Times, and the White House all say the invasion hasn't started.
